Service

The Website Conversion Audit reviews publicly accessible website experiences and provides observations and recommendations. The audit is informational and does not guarantee revenue, rankings, leads, bookings or any specific business outcome.

Scope

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a standard order covers one publicly accessible website and the deliverables shown at checkout.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, deciding whether to implement recommendations, maintaining backups and obtaining any specialist review required for changes to your website or business.

Payment and delivery

Payment is due at checkout. The target delivery timeframe for the completed personalized audit is communicated before payment. Refund and cancellation terms are described in our Refund & Delivery Policy.

Intellectual property

You may use the audit delivered to you for your own business purposes. QONVEXA retains rights in its underlying methods, templates, branding and reusable materials.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QONVEXA is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from implementation decisions or third-party systems.

Governing framework

These terms are administered from Ukraine, subject to mandatory consumer and commercial protections that may apply.
